One World Social Media was founded in 2009 by Linda and David Zielski. Their mission was to help companies properly brand and market their products and services. With the addition of Diva Diaz, One World Social Media has transitioned into a global marketing agency running both small and large social media programs, branding and re-branding efforts and internet marketing campaigns. One World Social Media is headquartered in Los Angeles, California and has a presence in Santa Barbara, Australia and England.

David Zielski - Marketing

David Zielski is a talented online marketing professional with broad marketing experience in both B2C and B2B arenas. He has a proven track record of developing and executing social media marketing initiatives. David has strong campaign and budget management skills with a passion for ROI and analytics.

David initially founded One World Social Media in 2009 to help a few friends learn about social media. David was the former CEO and chairman of Seaside Naturals Inc., a start-up company formed with his wife in 2003 and sold in 2008 that manufactured and marketed all natural cleaning and personal care products. He was responsible for the Internet sales, marketing and operations of the business. In 2007 he helped get Seaside Naturals products into national and international distribution for 30 different products through the use of creative social media strategies and other low cost effective marketing techniques. Now he helps run successful campaigns for Greg Reid of the Napoleon Hill Foundation for “Think and Grow Rich…Three Feet from Gold” and the 20 year energy seminar business Access Consciousness to name a few.

Prior to running his own company, Mr. Zielski was an accomplished entrepreneur working with several high tech start-up companies over a 15 year period focusing on networking and information technology as a lead software engineer. David is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, with a BS in Electronic Engineering Technology and is currently enrolled in the MBA program with a concentration in Marketing at Benedictine University in Chicago.

Linda Zielski - Branding

Linda Zielski is the branding visionary behind One World Social Media. Linda can walk new clients through a unique process and extract all the vision and goals behind the business and generate a brand that represents their product or service. For existing clients, Mrs. Zielski will revisit all aspects of a company’s brand working with key components to carry the brand over the entire online and offline marketing campaign. Linda ties together the marketing and social media pieces. Linda usually initially meets with the clients to determine what it is they want their campaign to be molded around and get the details out onto the table.

Linda is a leader in email marketing and design of simple, effective newsletters for clients. She works with blog's and Facebook, helping to craft message to convey brand awareness and build brand equity. She is also one of the easiest people to work with, has a strong work ethic and will not take shortcuts.

Linda created her first company from an idea to make the world’s first natural first aid kit and lead the company through the first round of funding where she lead the branding and marketing for a successful line of all natural cleaning and personal care products. From a napkin idea, she lead the company into national and international distributing with her branding efforts, ability to lead teams and network with all different people to get products positioned correctly and on the shelves. Her uncanny ability to see things the average consumer is looking for made her first company a success.

Linda received her BS in Exercise and Nutrition from Southern Connecticut State College in 1989 and her Connecticut Massage Therapy license in 1996 with advanced studies in Reiki and Cranial Sacral work. She currently is a co-owner of a fashion company and involved in designing the concept of a lingerie and lounge wear lifestyle brand.

Diva Diaz - Media Director

For the last 6 years Diva has been traveling for 11months out of the year working with countries helping them re-work their global image through media.

Diva Diaz comes to One World Social Media and brings with her a dynamic range of experience to broaden our global communications and internet marketing expertise. Recently, she has led a team of producers to design country-specific promotional programs that are broadcast on all British Airways Long Haul flights globally to over 80 destinations and reaching an average of 1.1million passengers. Diva is responsible for script content and strategy for each project. Presenting these concepts to Heads of State, Ministers, Investment Agencies as well as the top 100 companies in each country, her skill for high-level negotiating and networking is unmatched. Besides PR and the development and maintaining of strategic business relationships, she also is responsible for sales and sponsorship of the programs often mounting to over 0.5 Million Euro.

Diva also specializes in directing global social media campaigns: Viral Marketing, PR & Web Design. In her role she is responsible for SEO link building techniques and tactics, online PR, Social Media, Content Distribution, Internet Monitoring for anything relevant to the client, content book marking, management and distribution and content creation. She has quite a flair for web site design, layout and content, combining research, business acumen and branding know-how to establish dynamic and inviting web sites for clients. She also enjoys developing strategies and business plans that easily incorporate the global aspect of the Internet and other offline Media into the growth of these businesses.

Having produced reports and country-specific projects for media such as Forbes, The Washington Post, The Times (of London) reaching millions of readers per month and some of the companies she has worked with are Shell, BP, Odebrecht, Barrick, LukOil, PromPerú, GNIA, and Telefonica to name a few. Diva was offered $1million investment for her first start up company last year and the business plan that she developed for this has been valued by Deutsche Bank at $2 million.
